    In many respects, "Forever My Love" is the counterbalance to Ed Sheeran and J. Balvin's track"Segue." For one, it's a soft, intimate love song. Sheeran's opening line in Spanish is, "The light in your gaze, your beautiful walk, there's no-one like you." Second, its instrumental are heartfelt acoustic guitars with as many harmonies as Sheeran's and Balvin's vocals harmonies. Third, the intermingling of Spanish and English is smoother here; there are none of the engineering tricks that are prevalent in Segue. Sheeran appears more conformable, while it's a treat to see a chameleon  J.Balvin. "Forever My Love" is a simple track with classical traits that acoustic guitars bring. Although there is nothing different about this track from other Spanish/English acoustic guitar love songs, this track is entertaining for the emotions of love, beauty, and joy it offers the listener.
