"Open A Window" by Rex Orange County Ft. Tyler The Creator is bold and confident from the onset. Although it takes a while to find its groove, it's an entertaining song, and when the groove is going, you'll be moving with it. The strong bass line in the introduction prepares the audience for the cool, smooth feel of the track, a lounge song with a nice cold one. The introduction synthesizer has a rough start, but just like the whole track, there are no issues when it finds its stride. The vocals and lyrics are clear and consistent; there's no questioning what the vocalist is saying or feeling. The production and mastering are on point. Additionally, Tyler The Creator at the end of the track is a welcomed surprise that heightens the flow and feel of the track. The only qualm I have with "Open A Window"  is that everything feels to come in a tad late. For example, the drop does not come until almost forty-five seconds into the track since the introduction is long. When the drop should have come in, only the vocalist is present. However, these minor qualms do not take away from the entertainment of this track.
